I ordered food at 9pm and was sent down the wrong order, I rang and asked to get what I asked for and was told it would be delivered, no sign of the food at 10:50pm so I rang and was told there was no food order for me and that they had messed up, I asked to be refunded as it was too late to wait for them to prepare and send the food to me. They refunded the price of the food and kept the delivery charge, when I rang and complained about the fact that I did not get all my money back I was told the driver had to get paid. I said I shouldn’t have to pay a delivery charge as I didn’t receive my food.anyway I didn’t get all my money back and didn’t get my food and will definitely NOT be using them again, absolute joke of a shop that obviously don’t care about their customers!

Appreciate its Toy Show night but to be told it's a 45 minute wait and after an hour, you make a call and it's another 15 mins for delivery, not acceptable. even a courtesy call to say there is a further delay is bad service..

A good chipper, we regularly use it. Also use Quattro. Quite frustrated but their loyalty trick!! You get €20 euro off on your 10th order online. Then when you go to use it you realise that it expires within 10 days of receiving it! Don’t even give their loyal customers 2 weeks to use a loyalty voucher. I think that’s very mean and underhanded.
