Great restaurant with fantastic food and atmosphere. However, I left the server a €20 tip without realising we had already been hit with a 12.5% service charge. In total we ended up spending €51 for the overall service which is way above average in Dublin and was 30% of our bill. It would have been decent of the server to point to the service charge which had already been applied when I requested that they apply a gratuit to the bill. It was my own fault for not double checking, but I think they knew what they were doing. They barely acknowledged the extra tip I had added and didn't bother to say thank you.
