O'sheas - Dublin Road, Ratoath

The only restaurant where we were able to get a table when we arrived in Dublin without a reservation. The interior is average, but the waitresses are very nice. What was our astonishment when the dishes turned out to be delicious, all tastes combined perfectly. We ate really well. The staff are friendly. I was seated by the door and I think the member of staff that was attending to me realised that I had cold and asked me to move to another table. We went today for dinner at 20:30 and the restaurant closes at 20:00. Well, before we entered the door was open and they closed it in our faces without telling us anything, and the restaurant was full with people having dinner. I asked him if it was closed, and he very rudely replied that yes, they were going to close. Honestly, I think there are more polite ways to handle clients. I will not come back for sure. Service: 1

Not recommended for breakfast! Toast tasted very old, the sandwich was inedible. The atmosphere was more like a canteen and after the door was broken, it was freezing cold in the restaurant.
