Used to go to sprout a lot. New menu changes aren't great which is more of a personal opinion but quality of the meats such as chicken and bacon is just not great anymore. On another note the salads seem to get smaller from week to week. All over a very disappointing experience.

Sprout Co. serves up creative yet healthy salads and bowls using fresh, local ingredients. I have seen few (no? restaurants like it in Ireland, though their concept reminds me of other restaurants I love (and haven’t yet reviewed—oops in the U.S., Canada, Spain, and Italy. Today, I had the chicken Sataysfied (sp.? bowl, which the friendly server said that customers order more than any other item. I could eat here every day if I lived in Dublin, and I would encourage you, too, to try it if you’re looking for something fast, healthy, and reasonably priced in Dublin! Great option for lunch and good gluten free options!

Wow wow wow. Delayed flight from Prague to Dublin and whole day without any food brought me here. And I will never regret it! So delicious! Dietary restrictions: A lot of vegetarian/vegan options Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
