Wowburger Clondalkin

From my experience it was amazing the burgers are the best I’ve had ever not even exaggerating and the prices especially for Dublin were great. Although the place where you wait for your food was quite filthy but that didn’t matter because you’re not eating there anyway. It was really a wow burger!!! Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5

Unfortunately we ordered food after waiting the order was cancelled. I rang them to ask why my order was cancelled and they said they didn't cancel the order but JUST EAT cancelled the order because they don't have drivers? Dont advertise delivery if you can't supply delivery service. Service: 1

Ordered from them. Delivery guy calls me (from a private number) to come up pick up my order, which is not unusual as parking space is scarce. We agree to meet him in front of my building. I get there, he calls me again telling he is on the other side of the block. I go there and he is nowhere to be found. Can't call him back, as his number is private. I try to call the restaurant several times no one answers. After a long day of working, I guess I will just go to bed hungry.

Just got a delivery from Wowburger Red Cow through Just Eat. They left the order short. I called Red Cow Wowburger to tell them and they agreed but told me they wouldn’t deliver again as their drivers don’t deliver to my address!!! Girl told me I’d have to contact Just Eat for a refund. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely pathetic. Service: Take out

Should have checked reviews first. Obviously an incompetent collection of management and staff. Half the order was missing, really basic stuff. So, instead of enjoying a meal, time is spent on hold trying to chase the order. Refuse to send rest of the fund and insist on refund only. That will take 5-10 days. Meanwhile have to order from elsewhere and have family meal in two sittings. Seems destined to go the way of other poorly operated Wow Burger outlets like the now closed Walkinstown branch. Please don't bother with a meaningless automated response.
