Feedback gevenFinally made it to this new location. Kids were loving the overhead heaters with our windows open while we waited for our food. Quick and friendly service, with standard high-quality, good-tasting food. Could tell they 're working out a few kinks still, but that could be new opening, or even issues with the current staffing crisis that is impacting nearly everyone. Kudos to them for still putting out a great product in spite of excusable reasons for them NOT to. No excuses,just our pleasure , which becomes my eating pleasure.
My family and I stopped in when we were passing through on a road trip. We had a good lunch with great customer service and a very nice place to relax. The employees did everything they could to make our visit great. The restaurant is in a convenient stopping place with gas stations nearby so it makes for any easy way to kill two birds with one stone.
The restaurant is fast and friendly but still maintains a considerable line during meal times which can be very time consuming. Unfortunately, there is no drive around lane in the drive thru so if you have already gotten your food but someone ahead of your hasn't, you have to wait for them to be done. And if said person needs extra sauce, ketchup, and then some more salad dressing all in different trips to the carhop person, you are out of luck.
Food is as expected, good. The biggest issue is if you try to use the mobile drive-thru experience expect to wait longer than if you ordered normally. Timed it two times for each way and found on average it takes an additional three minutes for the mobile-thru than regular drive-thru on off-peak hours. If they can make times comparable that'd be great.
I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location. It is by far the best Chick-fil-A in the city of Columbus.
