New location. New staff. AMAZING Customer Service! When I ordered, the employee couldn't tell me what was on an extra big pizza. She missed the opportunity to sell me from $13.99 to $18.99. Ingredients on the extra large are 1.75 each. I had a voucher for a free 12-inch when you bought an extra big one. When I picked them up, they said they accidentally made TWO extra big and gave me both. WOW!

Sadly this place has gone downhill fast. Last few times I've ordered they are quick and polite but quality is way down. Tonight's cheesy breadsticks were raw throughout... I thought it was cheese and I am now super disgusted after eating one and a 1/2

Ordered breadsticks and they were completely raw. Not just a little doughy in the middle but to the point where I could pull the down apart after the cheese slid off. Ordered from door dash so I’m SOL as far as a refund goes. Based on reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened, and a shame it’s still happening. Won’t order again

Staff who dont care about you and your order. They don't seal pizza, and I was forced to take my pizza that was given to someone else and brought back to store. After waiting 15 mins over their promiseed time, I was told that the pizza was picked up, and when I told them no they offered me my pizza that was brought back and told that it never left store (lie). Iwas offered to have new one made and make me wait another 40 minutes, when I had people waiting for food at home. Completely unprofessional, they need to learn to check people's order, seal boxes to ensure it is safe, and cant corner someone in to taking pizza that has left the store.

We ordered the New York big city bbq chicken pizza and it’s all grease! Literally puddles of grease sitting on top, soaked thru the crust and cardboard. We are birth sick from just trying one piece. Ordered the Spicy garlic Sauce traditional wings as well and there was no flavor at all and no sauce! Literally thru it all in the trash minus the little we tried. Super disappointed As we have been customers for almost 4 years and we will not be buying from this location again!Originally it was a great place to eat now the last couple times we’ve ordered we are grossed out!
