Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dubuque

I ordered forward through the app, and my order came on time, although the restaurant was very busy when I arrived. Portions were generous, and the food was delicious.

Employees that made the food were great, very friendly….the food….not so great. I got chicken and it was so burnt it was hard to eat, all you tasted was the burnt flavor. All the tables were dirty and the condiments, like sugar for tea were all completely empty…..Definitely don’t recommend …..

Food's great..... but the place was FILTHY. No tables wiped down. Napkins all over the condiment bar. No trash bags in the trash cans. Probably poorly staffed, but they didn't even try to clean the lobby when there were no customers to serve. On top of that, the customer service was less than average. Asked for super light salsa and got a huge scoop. No ice for beverages. Do not recommend this location.

I’ve been to half Chipotles before, but this is by far the absolute slowest I’ve ever been to as far as service. Last time we were here they messed up our order and had a long delay, but that was around a year or two ago so we decided to give them another try tonight, boy was that a mistake. We placed an online order half an hour early only to arrive and have to wait 10 minutes to even flag down somebody to get our order started which took another 10 minutes. I’m only leaving two stars as the order was technically correct, though my burrito was the smallest I’ve had from Chipotle (Taco Bell makes me bigger, sheesh). We won’t be back.

Very unclean location. EVERY table was dirty and had not been cleaned for quite a long time. No one was eating inside b/c of the dirty conditions. Had to eat in car. The only available forks were found inside the tip jar. My daughter had to use a spoon to eat her salad. The cashier dropped my change between the register and the support and didn’t replace it, so I lost money too. I gave 2 stars b/c the food was still awesome. Hoping I’m not a food poisoning stat.
