While the location is big and the ice is really fresh, the best thing about this beautiful little place is the woman who runs the entire operation and apparently has done it for decades. we have been living since approx. 11 years in imperial and I have not seen the interior for a long time; the walkable window is sporadically available. still, if it stops charging, the line is long, even with cheaper and faster options not far away. what makes this place very special is the intangible mood and authenticity of the owner, who hopefully will continue tradition for a long time.
