Dunkin' - Duluth

Thanks NATASHA, CLYDE and MEGAN for the awesome customer service. I will be back for the breakfast sandwich. Drive thru is available, plenty of parking and spacious, restrooms, personal drinks, ground coffee bags to go, DD mugs and other souvenirs and of course delicious donuts!

Great service! Shift leader (young black gentleman with dreads) very professional and customer focused had a concern about a drink and went above and beyond in rectifying. True customer service professional.

Sat down while waiting for my drink. The furnitures are ripped with tapes covering them. That doesn't really affect how the store is running though cause I think the employees were really nice and friendly. There is a lot of car traffic here but it wasn't that busy when I came.

I don't usually come to this location due to accessibility issues of getting back on the main road. It's the closest Dunkin to me, but I tend to go to another location that's a bit farther out. Anyways, the staff here are nice and friendly. I dropped a star, because the breakfast sandwich was half warm. The other half of the sandwich was ice cold. I had to re-heat it in the microwave to bring it to the appropriate temperature for safe consumption. Please make sure food is heated properly.

My favorite Dunkin?!! The woman on the drive thru speaker who?s almost always working is wonderful. And makes the best Charlie Cold Foam ever.
