Subway - Duluth

I went to subway because I got a gift card and was excited to use it. The store was clean, and everything looked fresh, so I was very excited thinking I found my new favorite subway. The experience with the staff ruined it completely. Not only could I not use my gift card and get ignored by the staff after verifying the balance on it. He was completely rude! I definitely won't be coming back. Forget this subway gift card! Horrible experience. Won't be returning to this location. It doesn't matter how clean the store is if the staff is rude and uncaring.

Keeping away from here! They lost my business for life.

Ordered one line through app. Paid through Apple way. Man claimed never received. Showed proof I paid and he told me I should have done it the “correct way” and it would have gone through. So much for customer service.

The man who works there as very rude to me right when I walked in. On the mobile app, it shows that I got the bottled coke and he tried to give me the 32 oz cup. When I tried to explain it to him, he snapped at me and told me it would be an extra $2. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet and pay for the coke. I didn't even get money off for the 32 oz drink that I didn't take with me. Very rude and mean man.

Nothing special . Restroom out of service all the times but nothing wrong just dont want people using. Me like a work person i like wash my hand or use a restroom before eat . Easy way to lose money . I dont stop there any more
