All in all it was awful service, i ordered chicken enchiladas and the chicken was not cooked, i told the waitress and she began to argue with me instead of just fixing the problem, she told me she was going to put my plate in the microwave to fix it?…. uncooked chicken…. in the microwave…. and she never apologized a manager wasn’t even sent over or concerned i will not be returning to this awful restaurant i hope none of you will either.

Love El Palacios Chili Relleno and enchiladas! Cheese is some of the best.

Waitress was really sweet but the fish was terrible.

The girl that waited on us was very sweet . But the food was horrible at best. Paid 6.99 for a small bowl of queso that is something that tasted like it came out of a canadd some tomatoes and microwaved it. I ordered a chimichanga… it came out soggy and wasn’t edible. My children shared a beef nacho, greasy is putting it nicely. Since returning home my daughter has been sick. My son complains of a belly ache. For myself well I’m about the same as my daughter… My husband had a catfish platter and seems ok. We paid over 60$ for food that was worth less 10$. Do not eat here!!!!

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Oklahoma. I'm very picky when it come to Mexican food but this restaurant is awesome. I love their food
