Mason's Chicken N Seafood - Duncanville

They take frozen fist and fry it They don't ask if you want that horrible seasoning.

Catfish shrimp were over cooked. Fries were room temperature. The guy that took our order gave us drink cups with 3 chips of ice in them. Air conditioning was not working well as it was over 80 degrees in the building. The building did seem to be clean. This used to be a great place to get a really good meal at a reasonable price. Not any more!

I should've looked at reviews before I came. That 6 piece catfish nuggets is not catfish. It's swai. The meat is not the same people and it make sense as to why it 5.99

I've gone to the Mason's on Hampton Rd in Desoto and had far better service than this one. I ordered 2 of their catfish plates in the drivethrough. After having to wait for around 12 minutes with not a single other car on the parking lot I was finally given my food. Upon getting home I discovered that neither the fries nor the fish had nearly ANY SEASONING AT ALL on them. Largely disappointing, never go to this location unless you have to.

Service was great but the food not so much. I order fish nuggets and in every one I bit in it barely has any meat, and salty.
