Spacious store , well laid out. Pleasant helpful staff. I read 16 stores are to close in Scotland. Really hope Dunfermline is not one of them! It would be a big lose, especially as it's the anchor store in the Kingsgate. At the moment it looks really lovely with all the Christmas displays. We have twice ordered currency from their Travel Money Bureau. The rates were the best we found, plus we got a £5 voucher money off when you spend £20.. It had to be used on the day but we easily spent that. Possibly the nicest store in Dunfermline.
We visited to seek advice on skincare for my 15-year-old daughter, and Jackie at the Clarins counter was absolutely fantastic. She offered us samples to try, which ultimately led us to purchase products for my daughter. Clarins is well-known for its quality products, and we appreciated that Jackie wasn't overly pushy. She was more than happy to spend time with my daughter, and we never felt rushed during our visit. Jackie, you truly deserve a 5-star rating! It's no wonder that Debenhams has awarded you a 5-star review.
Debenhams has always been a pleasant store to visit. Even if you’re not shopping, you can enjoy browsing or having a cup of tea. They offer great sales before both summer and winter! The staff is fantastic—always welcoming and friendly. Great job, everyone!
I was at the store buying shoes when I was assisted by Janet. I must say her customer service skills were outstanding. Despite having a cold, she made a fantastic sales pitch to me. She's the first person who has ever managed to get me to buy a memory card. Excellent service! Thank you!
