I used to frequent this restaurant, but the prices have increased significantly to over £8 for a 'foot long' meal deal. Additionally, if you require gluten-free broth, it is torn. The portion of broth is small and does not fit the description of a foot long. The service has also become very slow, as they are prioritizing delivery orders, leading to long waiting times even when the restaurant is not busy. I am unsure if I will return in the future.
I had the worst day ever, and they made me smile and feel so much better, they are the friendly, sweetest crew with which I have the privilege of making business, eating is amazing and so are the good ones
I recently ordered from this restaurant and encountered a few issues. I ordered six items, but only received some of them. When I contacted the restaurant, they told me that drivers often steal items from orders. They offered to replace some items, but it took a while for them to agree to replace two bottles of juice. The restaurant itself was not clean, with trash and debris near the windows. My sandwich also came without cheese, even though I had ordered it with cheese. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the issues I experienced.
I really love this small Subway location. The service is excellent and very professional. They are quick to serve and provide great overall service.
