La Mamma - Dunkerque

Our visit to the mamma had started this Saturday, May 27, 2017: beautiful decoration, adorable waitress at first glance...We ordered two bars and pasta to the carbonara. The bar is coming. Pretty good. Then pasta. the waitress brings us a small bowl of parmesan, we put it on our dish with confidence until I notice some greenish tasks...Effectively the parmesan was well molded. I'm calling the waitress nicely by telling him what's going on. His answer? "Ah.il must have taken the humidity in the kitchen..." no excuses. I point out that we've already put it in our dishes, no answer. She comes back with a new bowl. the parmesan always lacked green tasks. new remark. She's offering us gruyère. Well, we try to finish our dish without touching what has been struck with parmesan. at the time of payment, 61 euros for three people, the waitress refuses to make us a commercial offer. The motive? "we only do this for customers who take a dessert. » the restaurant the mamma would be what customary of such situations? Do we have to remind him that we put our health in their hands? the comble was the reaction of the waitress, who saw us take the hotel's visiting card (to post this comment you doubt it) cried out: "Wait, wait" I can give you a chocolate". We have certainly refused to: half-measant parmesan is not worth three chocolates that may also be. the mamma answers to Mr.Eric blanckaert who expresses his opinion on pizza"we do not want you, but you would know the restaurant you would know that any problem reported on site is solved." proof that no. you respond to the reviews on the internet but visibly deaf ears to the direct requests of your customers

We are accustomed to this restaurant in which we can walk. we go with the family regularly since its opening and are always as satisfied. The map is simple. there is not much choice, but at least what we eat is fresh and prepared on demand by the chef. The shrimp croquettes are good. pizza dough is fine. the trims are classic but must-have. gambas are delicious: crunchy and tender at once. accompanied by a homemade butter sauce with garlic (fresh! carefully chopped) on fresh tagliatelles, it is a delight. We're very well served. The milanese scalope fills the plate. The meat is correct, but the bread is not good. The accompaniment is at the choice (frites, fresh pasta, potato in the oven.) the child menu is well served: dish/boisson and ice with smarties in dessert. choice between Bologna spaghetti (although not to ask for other varieties of pasta), pizza or ham/frites. you can also take some take away dishes. many are the ones who buy pizza. prices are very correct. count a dozen euros for a dish. the wine pichet is at a very affordable price as well as the wine at the bottle (between 12 and 20€). count between 5 and 8€ for dessert. It's a good little neighbourhood restaurant, but if I can afford a review: loyalty is not necessarily rewarded:(

On Saturday night, our usual pizzeria is closed, we try this address close to us but never tried again. And...bof! charming welcome, either, but waiting (a lot of sales to take away that night), and disappointing pizzas (one has indeed had very hot):! The dough is not terrible, very difficult to cut, the filling has nothing exceptional, and since pizza is very cooked, it is difficult to find the flavors! but the rosé is excellent.

Practically no pasta dishes and tagliatelles that accompany my dish come from the shopping center, it is not fresh pasta and even less "house" pasta. My wife's pizza saw the fire very close and the edges have a pretty blackish shade. Fortunately, the waitress is adorable, that the rosé bardolino is rosy and that the bar serving that hasn't seen the sea for a while was well cooked because the evening might have been missed...Recommended if you didn't find anything else in the genre.

We take several times to take away dishes when we have a little too much the blur of cooking and every time we enjoy!The food is very good and we feel the home fact. Only flat, the Italian wine was not very good and there were deposits in the bottle...The big thing is that it accepts the tickets restaurants and without limit!In short, I will come back of course, it was delicious.
