Feedback gevenCame in@9:30 am. Server was very nice to customer ahead of me. My turn, ask for a ham biscuit combo, rudely told the ham will have to be cooked and I?m closing inside eating. Yeah I hope ham will be cooked, restaurant should have it prepared as folkscome in. Very disappointed and won?t be back.
Customers were entering the drive-thru without any response on the intercom. When we drove to the window, nobody acknowledged us, so we decided to go inside to pick up our food. I ordered the super sausage and noticed that the egg looked old.
After finishing work at 5:30 am, I arrived at the restaurant only to find out that the store hours were listed as 6 am on the window and online. Despite this, there was no one at the menu or window for about 5 minutes. If the restaurant is not open at the advertised times, they should update their information. I was very disappointed and ended up going to McDonald's instead.
The takeout experience at this restaurant was excellent. I particularly enjoy the Famous Star cheeseburger combo, which always comes with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onions. The fries are consistently hot and delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring that orders are completed in a timely manner.
While the food was good, the customer service in my opinion wasn't good. When I received my order, I didn't see the receipt, so I asked the person who I think was the manager. Instead of being considerate she was rude and dismissive telling me the receiptwas in the bag (Which it was) and tapping the counter at me as if I was a child, that was totally unnecessary and poor customerservice. I will not come back to this Hardee's location again.
