Kfc Michaelwood M5 North Services

It's a service station so not much atmosphere. It's alot more expensive than a normal kfc. I'm nit sure I'll be driving to this 1 anymore. The place really is a dive! Terrible service and today I shocked them with an order for gravy. Sorry no gravy! Every time there is an issue of some sort. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Awful service. After waiting 25mins for food gave up and got a refund. Staff just couldn’t cope.
