Had an issue with mainline backing up. Another company cleared the clog and said things looked dire, buy our expensive lining ASAP. Called a bunch of local guys and they all suggested plans that started with chain knocking and said pipes looked otherwise pretty good. Had a couple names suggested to me for chain knocking so I reached out. Ended up going with Spokane Rooter. Straightforward and easy online scheduling shows what time slots are available on which days. Arrived when scheduled (gave me a heads up when on the way. Completed the job to satisfaction in the estimated time frame. Charged the advertised price which was very fair. Taylor was professional and friendly; I watched him work and he fielded my questions and explained his process in an easy to understand way. Nice little bonus of a video showing the work before, during, and after was provided. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Taylor came out for an inspection and he did a great job explaining it in a way that we could understand. He was helpful in offering solutions to potential issues, and explained how certain things we were seeing in the home could be related back to the sewer. Will be using them again!
