Not compacted and over fried. The chicharrón de pollo was overtly salted. Normally this dish is lightly fried chicken pieces with a lemon sauce. This was just fried nuggets that were SALTY. The wonton soup was decent but lacked proper flavor. I am Peruvian, and this made me so sad. I 've been looking for authentic chaufa in Orlando and this is definitely not it. Please it can be so much better if you just tried a little harder. The aji verde sauce was amazing, if you can do that you can make better food. Please if you are going to serve Peruvian chaufa rice try again. Chaufa are amazing dishes, and this place has no right to call the dishes Peruvian because they lack flavor. The grilled chicken and Fried wonton were overcooked and dry. The chicken chaufa rice lacks sesame seeds, Chinese onion and much more. Please, if you can make that delicious green sauce, you can improve the food. The wonton soup is the same, it lacks real flavor. Try again, I promise Orlando has a lot of Peruvians and you can 't find it here. If they improve I promise you that you will have a lot of business.
