Friendly's Ice Cream Shop

Service was fine and food was okay at best. Got a pb cup friend z which was half filled with some peanut butter sauce and probably one Reese cup, used to be so much better. Never thought I would say this but I think friendlys needs to stick to the cartons and finish closing down their restaurants

I've ordered delivery and pick up from this location, and it's usually spot on...except for today and my order before this one. I don't have issues with the meals, just with the ice cream. Last time, there was barely any hot fudge on the sundaes. This time, a kid's sundae was missing both the hot fudge and the marshmallow (way to disappoint a child!!! !!! Once again, the hot fudge was lacking on both large sundaes. This restaurant has lost a formerly loyal and frequentcustomer.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE!! I only gave it a 1 star because our server was so sweet. I don?t blame her. Where do I begin. Family of 5 came to dine in. My daughters burger fries came out with 7 fries (I counted) . My husbands meal was literally enough for my 3 year old definitely, my chicken cesar salad was a joke, no romaine and roughly 1/3 cup of iceberg with a thousand croutons to make the plate appear half full. I pointed it out to the server and Isaid is this for real??? These are not even realistic portions. She replied ?I know but we?re under new management they?re really strict on that?. I just left it alone not to inconvenience our server who was clearly overworked. Also wantto mention the foolery going on with the teen staff while in the food prep area. Just so unprofessional. I will never come here again. Friendly's isn?t what it used to be. I will definitely spread the word about this location to hopefullyhelp others not waste their time and money. I should have listened to the reviews.
