Amazing coffee. Unfortunately, the service has been on a steady decline and has been abysmal as of late. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for coffee when the store is practically empty, and certain employees will ignore mobile orders entirely until you say something to them. The breakfast sandwiches are to die for, but I don’t think one has been what I’ve actually ordered for the last ten times or so, even though these are all mobile orders where it’s very explicitly written out. I still have great luck with the morning weekday crew, but outside of that window, it’s been awful.

I came here because my throat hurt and I wanted hot chocolate. I don’t like tea or coffee, so I had no other option. The hot chocolate was not very good and I was disappointed by it. I did get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, which was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy and the staff was very nice and understanding. I would definitely go here again, just not for the hot chocolate

The only thing I didn't like about the place was it was in East Longmeadow.

Awesome food. Everything is extremely fresh. The cold brew coffee options are awesome. Friendly staff. Definitely beats going to the chain coffee places.
