If you love burgers, then this place will give us a must BUT I warn you that the burgers are really fat, so don't expect anything healthy.

Pretty good. I've been to Eagan twice in Smashburger and think it's a pretty good place to get a GOOD burger. The options and choices are immense, but I like the 1/3 Pounder with BBQ, Onions and Jalapenos. The Smashfries are interesting as well as the Sweet Potato Smashfries. Unique. The regular frits are also good. The service was friendly and fast. I'd go back here!
