McDonalds East Albury

This McDonalds has certainly been a hit since it opened late last year. The set out is quite modern and open with good seating well spread out. The McCafe is also onsite and a great addition. We have stopped in a few times, mostly for a coffee, and while the food & coffee have been good quality the cleanliness of the tables & dining area is a huge let down. Tables were not cleared of the finished meals not cleared by lazy thoughtless customers but the tables that were clear had not been properly cleaned down. Because this McDonalds is highly focussed towards kids & family, there really needs to be more attention to detail with the cleanliness & hygiene; with this it would be a top notch McDonalds.

Worst McDonald's in albury-wodonga. Burgers never made correctly. Today I got a Big Mac with no special sauce and Cold chips. It's the same every time, always something wrong. If you go inside it's filthy and the staff have no idea. Seems like no one is in charge, I'd question if they have a manager. Do yourselves a favour and drive the extra couple of KM to the McDonald's in central albury.

Don't bother ,only thing good about place is staff are friendly . Cold food , cold restaurant ( winter ) wrong orders , dirty .

Have been to this McDonald's many times! Never have we been satisfied ?? We live in Thurgoona so it's our closet McDonalds . Have given many opportunities and disappointment every time will not go back.. tonight ordered the classic chicken burger supposed to be gourmet????? Definitely question the gourmet?? After waiting 15 min I get this... head office defiantly need to train staff on presentation of food customer service and cleanliness McDonald's isn't cheap when you are feeding a family. So sick of your half assed attempts to make a burger it's seriously not that hard if you don't love it don't do it .....

We live closely so when busy we will get takeaway. We rarely get a good experience.- regularly get told to drive around and they will come out to us even though they are not busy- regularly get the wrong meals even though we can see the screen and it is correct there. It even tells staff to remember napkins!- Last time ordered a cheeseburger and it had no cheese and 6 pickles!- regularly even though I now make a point of asking we get the wrong sauces.- Have given feedback numerous times and never had a positive feedback.I recently watched the movie 'The Founder' and this store is a long way off the mark!
