I used to love Spice Lounge, but recently, when I tried to order online for delivery, my order was rejected. I had to wait a few days for my money to be refunded. This has happened twice now, and I am not happy with their service. This experience was for a takeout dinner, with a price range of £20-30 per person.

We went for this place as such high reviews in general and in all honesty it's been a while since I've had a normal curry house meal but the food was generally awful, I couldn't eat half of it. We had a takeaway and my Biryani was fine as were the naan, and saag paneer but butter chicken, lamb bhuna tasted like nothing I've ever eaten. We had poppadoms and I don't know what the mint and mango chutney were but that was inedible too. The 2 stars is because the service was really warm and some of the food was ok. I just had my meal and it looked and tasted like gravy. I was expecting my vegetable kashmir to have a creamy sauce, but it turned out burnt. The service was for delivery, and it was for dinner. The price per person is between £20-30.
