Wendy's - East Dundee

Thanks to the wonderful lady Diana. We took our order and came to the dormitory room to talk to me and my wife and my children. She was so nice and had great customer service. So glad she's enough to see how we were all right. Dear Wendys.

Staff at Wendy's opposite Santa's Village are nice, sweet, friendly, polite and usually make it a nice visit. The food was also very good.

Do not have in a fast food restaurant in awhile so was happy with the atmosphere and service in this facility. And new pommes were excellent.

QSR. I'm here twice in two months apart during lunchtime and both times the DT was amazingly fast. From time on, the order for them to pay in the first window and two Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo in the second window delivered all under impressive 2 minutes. The first time must be lucky, two times... these are employees who work hard as a team. Kudos to the crew and Shift executives who were well trained.

Food was excellent. I ordered some nuggets with fries and a sandwich extra veggies, can't be more satisfied plus the crew was very efficient. P.S. Thanks for the sauce !
