Worst lodging facility, and worst behaviour of receptionist which we we have ever seen in life. We never recommend this lodge. Receptionish is such a insensitive person, No lift, Nothing.....

I was quite disappointed with the service I received. The staff seemed cold and unapproachable, which made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, when I asked about the temperature of the food, their response came across as arrogant. It's important for a restaurant to not only serve delicious food but also provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the customer experience. One of the oldest hotels in Guruvayur. Very rude servers poor customer service. Food quality is below average. Sambar served in a common big bowl with a small spoon for the table. Washroom was neat and clean in a/c space upstairs.
