Old Lady Gang - East Point

Over all i rate this resturant a 3.Location is good plenty of parking. This was my first time eating at OLG so i was excited. Upon walking in the place looks great but on the day we went Aug 26th the AC was not working. They had ceiling fans but it was still hot. It was over 100 degrees outside so that played a big part. People was at the bar having a good time an they had some good music playing. The service was slow an our waitress was not the best. She checked on us once an the other times we had to call for her. It was not packed so she was not busy. The food was good an seasoned, i didnt care for the mac an cheese tasted like they put some kind of herb or something in it. The menu was not as expansive as i would thought it would be but it was ok. I forgot to take a pic of the food but they gave you plenty to eat. Try it out for yourself.

I came from the DC area to come try OLG a few weeks ago with a friend. Let me just say that they didn’t disappoint! My server’s name was Sade I believe and she was great! The fried chicken was so moist and flavorful and the collard greens were some of the best I have ever had! The Mac and cheese was also really good, I just wish that one came out a little more warmer. This is true comfort food, and I will be coming back when I visit Atlanta again!

The staff were very friendly. Our waitress made sure to check in on us frequently. Now I will say a couple ppl left their table b/c service was a little slow... but when I tell you it was well worth the wait. Our food was Amazing.. I mean it touched my spirit. Big props to the chefs. Do not leave without a bowl of sweet potatoes!Food: 5/5

The greeting staff were busy. Once we were acknowledged, we were seated. Our waitress took a minute to acknowledge us as well. I was starting to get irritated. The waitress warmed up, and things improved. She recommended a Hennessey peach lemon drop that was deeelicious. Once the food arrived, it looked great. The only reason I'm not giving the highest rating is because it was warm. No complaints on the taste of the food. Once I finished my drink, a DJ arrived. He was on point. Although I think I was seated too close to where he set up, I appreciated the vibe.

The food was amazing. There service was impeccable. Didn't know gratuity was included. We tiped. Our waitress told us that the gratuity was included. We told her to keep it. I love honesty people. Definitely recommend this place. We were on vacation from Saint Louis. My fiance wanted to stop on our drive to Orlando. Was not disappointed.Food: 5/5
