Coffee is watered down; I’ve tried it multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt and it’s just alright not worth the price rate for me

Absolutely OBSESSED!!! The first time I came here with my family I was not too sure what to get as there are many iced coffee flavors, but once you figure out your personal favorite flavor, it is for sure a game changer , My fiance and I go to Heavenly every time we enter long island from Brooklyn. My go to is banana pistachio , It tastes like the ice cream they sell in Coney Island. Service is always phenomenal, the ladies working are always the sweetest ! I however prefer the East Rockaway location, the location in Merrick is still good but not the same as the original

Racist staff. I will never ever order coffee from here again. Treated me so wrong after waiting 20 mins for a small coffee. Community gotta do better.
