The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, providing great service. The decor was lovely, and the flower displays added a nice touch. It's definitely worth a visit, even if just for coffee.

Relaxing in such a serene atmosphere surrounded by our favorite flowers was truly special. The owner, Ian, shared with us that his family has been in the horticultural business since the 1930s and that they offer nationwide delivery services for bouquets, wedding flowers, funeral flowers, and corporate flowers, including those for restaurants. The cafe also boasts a gift shop and a cactus corner, offering a variety of indoor plants in addition to cacti. The cafe itself was clean, bright, and inviting, with a display of tempting homemade cakes and a full menu of meals for those with bigger appetites. Whether you are a garden enthusiast or simply looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a hot beverage and a sweet treat, The Bloom Factory is a must-visit in Eastbourne. I organized my sisters hen do in the flower factory this weekend and they were amazing! we had a florist workshop with claire that was so beautiful and helped us produce some beautiful bouquets! we then had the afternoon, which was absolutely tasty and was so good for our vegetarian and gluten-free. I am so happy with the day and their support was invaluable. recommend to everyone to plan a event!
