Captain Ketch's Seafood - Easton

I rarely write reviews, but only if a local business is really extraordinary. I've been using Captain's Catch since the move to the Easton region since 2013. Their secret is their service, it is an exception to the area and they go over and over all others in this industry. If they have nothing, they get it and can get it fresh from the boat locally or regionally. There are several local companies that make this area truly unique and a good place to live. That's one of them. If you ask yourself if it is worth trying, it is.

Everything here is from scratches, from fresh seafood to Koleslawe, spinach and cookies. We had the crabs and shrimp plates that were both very delicious. The shrimps were beautifully cooked. Would come back. Be aware that there is more of a meeting place then a sitting restaurant.

The shrimp roll is served in a round, warm, buttery, brioche-like bungalow. The shrimp salad itself, is very well seasoned, not too salty, not too much Mayo or other things that are in the way of shrimp taste. There's a bit of celery and a bit of pimples to crunch. The salad is served in the middle of the round bungalow. The bread is warm, the shrimp salad is cool. Great combination and very tasty. There are also lobsters they vaporize and crack free.

So blah blah, seafood, blah maryland, etc. Okay, so many places on the shore. But they have great service, and fantastic cranberry blue cheese salad. You can go there to get something special, or just a regular meal. Spinach soufflé, . Crab cake, . Sauces,

This place is doubtless one of the best restaurants in the region. Every time I come there I am greatly glad. They hold their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they offer. You always win with this place. Very recommended.
