Feedback gevenMy chicken was tainted(spoiled) and the manager denied that it was spoiled. This happened on 08-24-22 at 7:15pm. I did receive a refund but she continuously denied that the chicken was spoiled and she would not smell it. First and last time here for me.
My cashier Elajia was very sweet, very professional, and her customer service skills were spot on. She definitely deserves a raise. Also my food was fresh and hot. My tropical punch Kool aid was the bomb. I wasn't feeling good today but my cashier mademy day..I would love to hire her in my department. We need sweet soft spoken people there.
We've always gotten great fish from here. But not today. When the food came thru the window a bad smell started filling the car. When we got home and opened the meals, the smell was horrible, and the fish looked like it was freeze dried. There was nothingtender or juicy. $40 down the drain, plus we had to run out and buy more food that was palatable
Just look at this chicken after waiting over 30 mins for this. Would you eat this? No one in their right mind would. The person who put the chicken in the container should be fired. The chicken had so many feathers on it, it was ridiculous! Theonly thing the manager could do was apologize and provide me a refund. Captain Jay's should be ashamed that they servedsomething that poor in quality.
Boy, gotta pack your patience...not in a carry on bag...BIG patience. Hot food, you 're gonna have to sit in the line. They could do a little better with a system for pick up orders. If lobby is closed, you still have to sit in line. When I got towindow to pick up, I was told I should have said it at the window. Kinda confusing.
