We have been going to Undo 's West on Wednesday for wing night for over a month. We were quite satisfied with our wings. They were nice sized and cooked well. My husband was quite happy to see that the wings were actually fried until we all tried to eat them. They were so over cooked. There was no meat left, just dry crumbs. My husband and brother didn 't want to say anything. They simply said that they wouldn 't be back. I, on the other hand felt that the situation needed to be addressed. When I informed the server , he took our payments and simply said, I will let the kitchen know . Definitely will not be back. Undo 's need to step it up.

Went there with a friend and immediately was hit with the smell of sewer gas upon entering the main hallway. My friend assured me that the experience would get better.... The menu while trying to appeal to a wide variety of tastes was unoriginal and typical of what you find when non-Italians are attempting to sell Italian food. Most everything is pre-made, purchased from Sysco and an utter fail. I had their Italian sausage that was sour and barely chewable with the skin being undercooked. The ravioli were mushy and overcooked. The garlic bread stale and again barely chewable. The waiter was kind, courteous and tried to direct me to palatable. Being Italian I try to always be supportive of restaurants serving Italian food, but Undos is a complete fail. Save your money unless mediocre food is acceptable to you. I cannot endorse this establishment.

Was just there with the fam and each item I ordered was $1.50 to nearly $3 more then what was listed in the menu. When the waitress was asked she said Yea our prices have gone up but we haven 't replaced the menu. Then said sorry, shrugged and walked off. Shouldn 't they be telling their customers the prices aren 't right? They were packed and I guarantee no one there knows they 're being charged extra. Double check your receipts folks. Don 't let yourself get scammed as I did.
