Subway - Eden

Big shout out to Tania and Zack for the great experience! We arrived at closing time today at 8:54pm. Not only were they friendly but totally professional as they fixed our order. We don't remember any other place we've ever been at, that was so nice and welcoming at closing time. Thank you so much and we hope the very best for you two and Subway.

We purchased 5 subs bread wasnt good didnt rise and we got foot l9ngs with just 8 sl8ces of meet on them and 4 p8eces of cheese

The 2 females were VERY rude. Had already put food away... even though they closed at 9 what the employee told me). Girl was huffing and puffing because I asked for Monterey jack cheese and she had to go get it back out. She was so irritated that I DARE ask for more jalapeños and banana peppers sorry 4 of each is not enough when u ask for extra). The young man was DELIGHTFUL. I told him that I hope his sweet demeanor rubbed off on his co-workers. So disappointed in this HORRIBLE customer service. If you don't want to work with the public.... then DONT!!!

I was every day on here but today one of the attendee was wearing clothes with a lot of pet hair was really nasty please pay attention about it!!!

The employees were in the back on there phones. The meat and vegetable bars were nasty nothing had been cleaned. The vegetables were mixed together and the dining room was nasty food on the floor and tables. I do not recommend eating here at this time. The managers need to do some training. It might be a good idea to band the use of phones while employees are supposed to be working. NASTY NASTY!!!!!!!!!!
