Feedback gevenGreat, kind-hearted servers and quick service. I've come here a few times and I haven't had to wait any more than 10 minutes for my meal. I appreciate being told to wait for new chicken or my side because it's always fresh and hot and makes feel a little special. 9/10 would reccommed this Popeyes location.
I often come here for food. And today my order was rushed through. I ordered a 3 piece chicken platter and it was $18. I did not ask to pay for a bag I was automatically charged and not given a receipt. My drink was not filled to the top either. Will definitely be crossing Popeyes in general off of my location of places to eat.
We have visited this location three times this month and each visit has been a fantastic experience. The food is always fresh and delicious, and even when they are busy, the staff works hard to welcome you with a smile.
I was craving fried chicken for lunch. I live very close, so I picked up a combo with 3 chicken strips. Went straight home. The whole meal was cold. The fries had clearly been sitting for some time, they were congealed. There were only three other customers that may have been staff on a break. ¯ ツ ¯ I was disappointed in the quality, temperature price for what I got, unfortunately. For what it 's worth, service was quick friendly.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always enjoyed the food. However, there have been a few instances where my order was not accurate. Despite this, they often did not charge me for the missing items, so it was not a big deal. On a recent visit, I ordered $65 worth of food for my family through the drive-thru. I confirmed my entire order with the employee at the window, but when we got home, we realized that 3 chicken tenders were missing. I called the restaurant and they asked me to come back at another time to receive the missing items. When I returned, they finally gave me the chicken tenders after some miscommunication. While I appreciate getting what I paid for, I believe true customer service goes beyond just meeting the minimum requirements and involves doing something extra to make up for the mistake. I have worked in fast food myself for 4 years and understand the importance of going above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
