Foundry Public House - Edwardsville

I don't even know where to start. The fried spits have changed my life. You were so good. I had the B.C.B (beer cheese and chicken) Flatbread and my husband had the foundry castle. The flavor combinations are crazy. My husband said it was the best burger he ever had. Our server Kayla was also great. All they brought us was amazing. Well done. I'll tell everyone I know to check it.

My friends and I were a few times now and we really like it there. Definitely a great place to hang and a drink or snack with friends. For the first time I had a little confusion with a beer order, but an owner was fast to repair it and it wasn't a big deal. Food was great and cheap because of Happy Hour! Second time we ordered all dessert and drinks and everything was delicious and waitress was great. Close to home for me and super beautiful atmosphere!

We had my birthday brunch at foundry and I couldn't be happy anymore! All employees were amazing and so accommodating! Of course, the food was delicious and the bottomless mimosas we are really that! Thank you.

Food was from this world!! We've eaten everywhere in Edwardsville. We visited last night for the first time and cannot wait to go back! A bit loud food in the bar area, but worth the noise for the food!

Great food and drinks. Owner made it a point to come talk to us and ask if everything was fine. Good vibes in there and great atmosphere. This will probably be our new hangout!
