Junction Grill- El Cajon

Best country fried steak in San Diego hands down! Also, their sweet tea is better than the sweet tea I get in the south when I visit my mom. These people know and love food and it shows in their cuisine. I love food and have become a regular because I leave satisfied every time!

We discovered Jamacha Junction restaurant by accident. Everything about this small restaurant is just excellent. They always remember us when we come back. We even have our regular table. You will find their soups very excellent. Try the clam chowder soup on Saturday night. It is the best. The portions are large, and we almost always take home a doggie bag, that my husband takes care of the next day. We have taken many friends there and it has become their favorite restaurant also. For a great meal and excellent service with a friendly atmosphere try Jamacha Junction restaurant.

Usually, service is pleasant and prompt even if very busy. Today, it lacked this. We waited extremely long for just our drinks and then waited more for our food. Our waitress seemed very fidgety and distracted.

Brother and I come often for the great food and service. Our server Hala is the best, very personal able and loves to engage and interact with her customers. Loren behind the bar is the best as well, that's why we keep on coming back.
