Queen's Cafe - El Cajon

The milk tea was delicious and the service is speedy and king. Also the shop is beautiful looking

It 's way too sweet and the lady is rude. Its a new place for us so I wanted to try a new drink. I 've never seen horchata at a boba place and since there was Salsa music playing in the shop, I asked if the horchata was homemade and the woman said it was. As she 's making it, I see it 's a powder....wtf. I was still willing to try it because she was already kind of unapproachable. Once it was done, I tasted it and of course it 's gross. Too sweet and of course, powdery . My daughter 's Thai tea was also too sweet. I reminded the woman that the reason I asked if their horchata was homemade was so that I could try that or something else. She insisted it was homemade . No mija. It 's not. I told her I didn 't like it and she said well sorry and walked away. I ain 't coming back here.

Food is alright, consistency is not. Ordered a sandwich online using their website. Had noted on the order notes I’d like a side of chipotle sauce. She tells us she couldn’t get us the side bc she had customers waiting in line. There was one person in the store. Once I got home I realized the sandwich did NOT have cucumbers, avocado, or tomatoes. I mean I know what I ordered bc it’s the only thing I ever order. I had my wife call and ask what the deal was. The lady says she’s sorry and to come back on Saturday (1 week later) for a discount on some food. Only on Saturday bc that’s the day she works. Which is a lie bc I’ve seen her work on other days. From not getting us the side of sauce to leaving out main ingredients is pure laziness. Idk who the owner is but that was a terrible experience, enough to never come back. I hope you reflect for future customers or you won’t be in business for long. Rather go to Subway. ? ?

Seems to be a really good place I had some ice cream there when they first opened the people were very nice I go there almost every day because my postal place is next door see a lot of people coming going they all have smile on their faces so I assume the food's really good hope to get a chance to eat there soon but fortunately or unfortunately depending on how you look at it I've been busy busy busy so I hope to check it out when I can God bless you all and have a great day
