Pho Bay - El Centro

I had spotted this place a few months ago, but they weren’t open yet. Tonight seemed like the perfect evening for some hot pho, especially since it’s a bit chilly outside. As soon as you step inside, you quickly lose track of which part of the city you’re in due to the inviting interior. The portion sizes are generous, and the presentation is impressive. I ordered the combination pho bowl, and it was delicious. The spring rolls, however, were not very appealing. We also tried a Virginia roll, which was excellent. Additionally, we ordered a dinner box that came with teriyaki chicken served over a bed of vegetables, white rice, tempura, two pieces of sushi, and cabbage salad. The dinner box also included miso soup, and the entire meal was delightful. The service was outstanding (though we were the only customers since we arrived late). The prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s typical for this type of cuisine. Overall, if I had to give it a score out of 100, I’d rate it an 85, which translates to a solid B. I will definitely come back and truly appreciated my experience here. Wishing this new business much success!

The food is fantastic! I ordered the beef vermicelli with spicy edamame, and it was delicious. They offer a great selection of beers and a freestyle soda fountain. The ambiance of the place is lovely, especially with the lighting and the sushi bar. I would rate it a perfect 5/5 and will definitely return!

Staff are friendly and benevolent contributing to a cool atmosphere. Even the cook came out of the back for a little was interested in how we were enjoying our meal. In addition to the outstanding service they offer a special on sushi that includes two rolls for 9.99! Love this place!
