Church's Texas Chicken - El Paso

The peach cobbler 2.49 /serving is disappointing. It's a biscuit with tiny diced peach parts in a barely, cinnamon/sugar glaze thrown over the top of the biscuit. Tasteless and a soap in the face at that price.

This restaurant closes 30 minutes earlier than stated, and they stop selling chicken while only offering other items. It could benefit from better management or a stronger general manager.

Every table was dirty, making the dining area quite unpleasant. To make matters worse, customers felt compelled to clean and wipe down their own tables before eating. This was particularly frustrating since staff members were walking through the area and ignoring the issue entirely. It was truly disgusting.

The customer service from the manager was quite easygoing. However, I was not greeted when I walked in, and five minutes later, I had to remind the manager that I needed assistance. As a result of their poor customer service, the entire team seemed taken aback, almost like deer in headlights, showing a lack of awareness.

This situation is the worst in El Paso. The worst service. I live the street and I'm constantly trying to get churches, but you never have a chicken ready to know it's the main attraction. I'm sorry to be a Karen, but it's ridiculous.
