Whataburger - El Paso

Came here because I was in the area, Great n clean, service was fast with steam still coming out of my Burger which is a good sign. Employees doing their part in keeping clean n organized. We loved it here! 10/22 brought my handsome boys and still verysatisfied with their services. Great work Squad

I was a god vibe from the time I walked in. The cashier was friendly also as she took my order there were a couple of things I didn't like. 1 the didn't have a banana shake 2 I ordered a onion ring which were very tasty and a large chocolate and smallstrawberry. But got a small chocolate and a large strawberry. Luckily I love them both. But still was a good experience. Ithaha alot of things going on bback thereunder don't think it was a bad mistake but someone else might have.

I visited this location yesterday with a take-out order. A woman in charge (not sure of her job title) named Sandy was extremely kind and helpful. I was having issues with my app, and she walked me through every step of my confusion. Then she quickly offered to take my order at the register instead of me having to deal with my phone. Sandy helped me right away to make sure I had all I needed, a fork, knife, spoons, straws, drink cups and lids, and then finally hot and fresh delicious food. What a great experience!! Thank you!

Surprisingly enough this whataburger disappointed me...services were very poor and the restaurant was not very clean either. Ordered at the front for takeout and waited...and waited...and waited. Three people who ordered after me recieved their orders before mine. When I finally received my order it had been sitting in the mobile order heating rack ...since they had to go look for it and they told them it was already there. Took it and went to my vehicle and checked the order and it was not correct went back to get the right order and picked up some ketchup and napkins because that also was omitted. Finally got home and the fries were now inedible...very frustrating only for them to say...oh we 're sorry.

This Whataburger is the worst one in town. No ice and punched all the flavors in all drinks .3 Orders. Threw the fries upside down and cold. Asked for ketchup. None in bags.They don't care.
