Feedback gevenWhen we ate at the bar the food was really good this time around it wasn't as great I do however absolutely love their avocado rolls I did get those and they were fine I also got a side Caesar salad which some of the lettuce was a little brown but it happens I get it but the little game tablets were absolutely disgusting and sticky and need to be wiped down also the table itself was sticky and just wasn't cleaned really good just being honest not trying to be snarky I just haven't really had a really good experience except for that one time when I ate at the bar and the food was exceptional and I've been in and out of Chili's for 10 plus years in different locations across the United States
I think I've been here years ago, sometimes it difficult to see if the place is open as I drive by on the freeway. Well its my lucky day, I sat at the bar as I'm by myself, in between shuttle runs for a wedding down the road. I ordered a soda water no fruit to start, no calories, no sugar, no caffeine. I ordered the bacon bbq burger, those calories should make up for the missed soda. Bartender Paul was hustling drinks behind the bar and taking care of the few tables he had been sat. He was right there when I sat and his great service never faltered. So I ordered that burger with fries and a side of the cole slaw. Bout as fast as one could actually put it on the grill and get it cooked it was out and in front of me. We got a winner! The double deck burger was great, too much really but this was my linner. Fries hot and crispy, cole slaw was cole slaw nothing to report there and I enjoyed every bite. So as you drive past and think ah...Chili's there's still time to take the Main st. exit and drive the mile back to the restaurant, it'll do you good.Thanks PaulFoodguy-Martin
My family eats here a lot, today I ordered online through the app. I didn't realize 2 of my orders had guacamole and margaritas attached. I tried to call right after I placed the order. It took calling 4 separate times for someone to finally answer. The previous 3 calls where spent on hold for 5+ minutes then disconnected due to (technical errors). I spoke with the manager who tried to claim I was getting a good deal but that they couldn't remove the extra items. They didn't have a host/ hostess station so my first 3 calls where ignored. Due to the lack of staffing I wasn't able to speak with anyone in time to change my order and now I'm having to pay for items I don't even want.
ZERO STARS!! This place is horrible. My family and I were visiting from out of town so we decided to place an order online through the Chili's website for delivery to our hotel.When our food was delivered we were missing a full meal, even though the receipt showed I was charged for it. I was not going to make a big deal about them coming back to deliver it, but I did want a refund for the meal we never received. I called Chili's 4 times before I got anyone to pick up the phone and when I did reach a live person, I got transferred to an extension that ultimately hangs up on you if no one answers. Go figure. I continue to call back again, after 3 more tries, I get a live person again and ask for a manager so I can get a partial refund, she let me know the manager Heather is busy but would call me back. 1 week later and still no call back. It's not about the measly refund, it's the principle. This is a restaurant, good customer service goes a long way! Do better!
I watched the manager Toya berate, cuss and scream at the bartender for taking a steak back to the kitchen that was undercooked. My husband finally got up and asked the manager to keep the in the kitchen and she preceded to yell at him that we had no idea what she deals with . She kept going so we paid and as we were leaving I told her how horrible she is and she started yelling at me bye, bye, bye over and over. Other regular patrons said this is normal behavior.
