Burger King - Elgin

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here. I was instructed to pull up to the third window and wait for my order. After a few minutes, I found myself crying in the drive-thru due to some personal issues. The man who handed me my food was incredibly kind; he asked me if I was okay. He didn’t have to do that, but he took the time to check on me, and it really meant a lot. I sincerely appreciate his kindness. I plan to call the manager to let them know how amazing my experience was.

I don't know why, but this is literally the best Burger King I've ever been to. I love the food here, better than McDonald's in my opinion.

Great service. Got an impossible burger and didn't not taste greasy or meaty. Unique flavor is a very good way. The ride home with a burger on one hand was the best feeling at that moment. (I dont advice driving with a burger on one hand. The mozz sticks were delicious. The marinara was not good.

Always have the best service here. I’ve gotten an error or two on my orders here but they always fix it with a smile on their face. The manager is the nicest person and a lot of the times they make my day better. Definitely my pick of choice compared to the other food nearby.

Best Burger King in the area. Very well managed. I’ve never had an issue with the food here and I can’t say that about all the Burger Kings I’ve visited.
