Domino's Pizza - Elgin

I always come to this location, and they are severely understaffed. The Manager James is trying his best to organize the 2 people he has on staff but for the amount of work Its simply impossible for 3 people. Food is good. Not sure if there trying to save on labor.

I was assaulted by a driver named Ethan . I unfortunately didn’t tip this one time and he proceeded to cuss me out and key my car. Mind you my daughter was home and heard everything . Unfortunately with it being my word against him and no video he was able to just deny the charge and no disciplinary action was taken. He gets to keep his job and walk away just because he denied all accusations. Soooo be careful and tip. When I spoke with the manager James he was very rude when I told him that I’m very upset that not accountability was taken and now my car is keyed and there’s no action.

Best pizza I’ve had all year!! This place is always fast with friendly customer service.

Where is the cheese? What little cheese it has is gross. ?? please step it up.

One of my favorite places to order pizza from and the pizza is delicious! My only complaints is there’s usually at least one thing wrong with my order, nothing big but usually like the wrong soda or lots of cheese when I say little to no cheese. Also when I do say no cheese I only get a few toppings and no sauce. Other than that I do appreciate the care from the delivery and my pizza (when correct!
