Feedback gevenIf I could gove a negative star I would. Service was horrible. They sent me a coupon in the app. When I went to use it they would NOT honor it. It was for a mango tea. THEY ran out of syrup and said it was my problem..then blame corporate for sending the coupon. I asked for a reg lemonade in its place. no substitute no nothing. The manager and owner were there and stood down they could not honor it. I even called corporate....Chick Fil A cares. Guess they dont care because no has bothered to follow up. I will not be visting anytime soon.
The Elizabeth City location has to be the worst in the Franchise. Service is slow as molasses compared to any other location. This location also closes super early compared to its other locations. 8 pm every night including Friday and Saturday. So if your looking for quick bite and after 8 you’re out of luck.
Hours posted on store front says 9pm Management is alittle rude with people still dining. Nothing is posted inside stating different store hours.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They can't get their stuff together. I don't think I've ever been there and actually gotten my whole order correct....not once...To top that off, the managers will avoid you, IF one is even there to try to speak to....or they'll just shrug you off.They're out of items often and take FOREVER to fill orders.If it wasn't the only one anywhere around I wouldn't ever go back.
The food is very good at this restaurant but I ordered two sandwiches and live 67 miles away when I got home and had my mouth all ready to eat I had No Tomatoes and the lettuce was bad. I was pissed and disappointed because is it my job to check behind the restaurant? Or is it their job to ensure quality service?!
