Fatz Cafe - Elizabethton

The food was amazing we had a double Stack cheeseburger and calabash chicken. Loved it! The manager Faud is always so nice and personable. He makes us feel like family. Ashley was our waitress, talk about a sweet girl! She made sure everything was spoton! We also had a very nice young man help us too. After a long day, Devyn serves a great Margherita. I recommend FATZ 100%.

The food was good! Give thanks to the Back of House! But the service was just as good! I happened to go when it wasn't super busy, must have been a slow day. That being said, my girlfriend and I chatted with a server, Marcus, for a good while and I gota good meal and a new friend!

Server was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Manager was also very present and friendly. Some of my favorites there are ribs which are tender and tasty, the steak I ordered was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful, and the grilled pork chopsare also delicious. We had not been to Fatz in several years and recently tried it again and it was great service, great food,and great management. We will be back!

Overall a very good dining experience. The service was even better than the food. The manager welcomed us when we walked in like we were friends arriving at his house. That was a nice change from the typical greeting received at most places where itsobvious they could care less. Our waiter's name was Devin and we couldn't have been more pleased or impressed with hispersonality, suggestions and attentiveness. He checked on us often in spite of appearing to have a LOT of tables to serve. Asfor the food, the calabash chicken and shrimp were tasty and the serving was far larger than expected. The potato soup was bothdelicious and filling. The tater tots didn't compare in the slightest to the other side, coleslaw which was excellent. A finalsurprise was when the manager came by our table and asked our opinion of both the food and the service. That he cared about ourresponse was obvious. All in all a very good dining experience.

Last visit to this location was 2019 and it was horrible. This evening they were on point! Food was fantastic and Patricia was on her job and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. We will definitely be back.
