Feedback gevenI'm not a huge fan of fast food, but over the years, I've narrowed down the places I’m willing to eat at, and Burger King is on that list. I prefer their burgers to those from McDonald's, and I love the jalapeño poppers that I can substitute for fries. Plus, I enjoy their orange Fanta, which you can't find at many other places. However, since it is a fast food restaurant, the drive-thru can often be backed up. It's always a good idea to check your order before leaving the window; my wife has received her combo without fries more than once. Fortunately, they quickly rectify the mistake without any hassle when we ask for the missing fries—they just apologize and hand over another bag.
Service was good from the young employees running the front and food came out correct and relatively fast. I?m very disturbed by the way this manager screams at her employees every time I?m here though. I could hear her being rude to them and firing onefrom the back of the dining room while she was in her office. The employees all looked terrified she would yell at them at anysecond. This has happened every time I?ve visited this location. Very unprofessional. I won?t be returning because I don?t wantto support such a hostile work environment.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The manager was quite rude, and they misplaced our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and disappointing.
When I pulled up to the first window to pay, I saw an employee briefly pop her head out to hand a bag of condiments to the car in front of me, but then no one was there to assist me. After waiting, I was told to go to the second window. There was no sign indicating this, and the employee gave me a dirty look as if it were my fault for being at the wrong window. Isn’t the point of fast food to be quick? I don't expect exceptional customer service at Burger King or any fast food place, but basic courtesy and job responsibility shouldn't be too much to ask. This seems to indicate a staffing issue – however, it can't be the excuse every single time. Ultimately, it reflects poor management practices. They might have recently renovated the place, but don’t let the updated exterior deceive you.
The only coplaint I have is the prices don't fit our current average income. The good news is it helps me spend much less on fastfood joints altogether. Thanks for that. ????
