Taco Bell - Elk Grove

Order was right and tasty! Staff was friendly and fast!

The last 2 times I've been here they have shorted me several items. I always park my car in front of the store and check my items. Employees need to do a better job of checking to see if you recieved all of your items. Hell there's even a number ofitems for each order on the receipt.

If I could give zero starts I would . This taco bell is a joke. They messed up 2 items in my order(didn't make them right at all) then tried to tell me what was in them when I called. Obviously I know what's in it or I wouldn't have ordered it. Andcompletely missed 1 item in my order and refused to do anything about it. I can't even submit a claim online because they don'tlet me hit submit! I guess you shouldn't expect much, but I at least expect all the items and ingredients ???????????

I would have given 3.5 stars. It 's food, quick bite when your hangry but it 's certainly not authentic by any means. So it 's rare that we will eat Taco Bell.

My son likes this location, fast service, no lines, food tastes good.
