Jimmy John's - Elk River

Fought my husband for JJ's. He wanted Jersey Mike's. I prefer JJ bread. WRONG choice.My husband asked when the tuna was made and employee said they can't do that.Sandwich was made in back.Asked for No Tomatoes, gave me Tomatoes. Which made the bread soggy with slimy tomato goo, uneditable. Make it worse tuna was very dry.

Ordered in the Elk River Minnesota location. Service was terrible staff were unfriendly. Got home and order was wrong and one sandwich had a long blonde hair in it. Yuck. We will not being going there ever again!

Yeah, poor management for sure I tried to get a job here when I went in for an interview they were all arguing who had to interview me very unprofessional. She never gave me a call back. I called and asked if I could speak to her every time I talk to her she was rude, they’re wrecking the Jimmy John’s

The sandwich was good but definitely not worth $14.00 I’ll never eat at jimmy John’s again!!!!

Poor customer service smart mouth staff! I will never be back.
