Feedback gevenThe Barista, Kim.. Is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING at making my favorite drinks!! Especially in comparison to other local starbucks Baristas, she is like NO OTHER!! Besides making a killer Caramel Macchiato.. She is SUPER friendly has the whole Great Customer Service thing down pat!!! Highly recommend trying some of this Baristas stellar coffee drinks!!! Beware Tho!!! Once you have one from Kim.. and then decide to adventure to another StarBucks.. be prepared to be disappointed because it just won 't be the same!! This I promise!! LoL!! Thanks Again, Kim for teaching me 'How to.... '!!
My wife, today the 21st of August had a horrible experience around 8:30am with an employee. She was waiting at the register for sometime while the employee saw her and continued to ignore her. Finally, he acknowledged her and began taking her order. After ordering 2 simple drinks, he asked if she wanted anything else, she said yes, then he rudely rolled his eyes. My wife then saw the egg bites on the fridge while it was open so she said, great I will actually have egg bites. He then lies to her and said they were all out. Shocked at his response, my wife cancelled her order and teared up as she walked away. The overall experience and level of rudeness was appalling. I will never step foot in this location again.
What WONDERFUL Baristas here at Starbucks....I went here on Sunday 12/1/19 around 5pm they were polite and welcoming...and the green tee was great! thanks!
Robbery. Got the same vanilla latte I get every day at Starbucks. And they made me pay for every shot of vanilla and classic in the latte. $9 for a venti latte. Every day I get the same drink. I know how much it cost and what comes in it. And one extra pump of flavor shouldn?t cost anyone $4 extra. This is why people who are ignorant shouldn?t represent a company just because they work at a grocery store that has the business inside of it. If I wasn?t in a rush I would?ve said nevermind and went to another store. Then the guy behind the register had some slick stuff to say to the next woman ordering. These are the people dealing with your customers. Sorry you can?t get a real job and probably can?t afford a cup of Starbucks. Enjoy your mother?s basement at 60 years old working at Giant, robbing people of their hard earned money because you?re ignorant.
I never ever give reviews but this has to be the worst Starbucks i have ever been to, i went there a few times and the older male behind the counter is the rudest guy i have probably ever met. He always has an attitude and has a problem with everything. the first few times he was rude i let it slide but i cant deal with him being rude anymore. he either needs to get fired or take the Starbucks there down completely. Worst costumer service of my life and i even work at Starbucks near the Columbia area and the way he treats costumers, i would've got fired immediately
